This policy explains what information I collect through itstonyroth.com and through forms I run on Instagram and Facebook, why I collect it, and what I do with it. It is written plainly on purpose.
This site is operated by Tony Roth, a sole proprietor based in the Orlando area, Florida ("I", "me", "my"). If you have a question about anything here, contact details are at the bottom and I answer them myself.
Information you give me directly. When you fill in a form on this site or a lead form on Instagram or Facebook, I collect what you type into it. That typically includes:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one may record basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site or ad you arrived from. This is used to understand traffic, not to identify you personally.
Information from advertising platforms. If you reached me through an ad, Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) passes me the answers you submitted in their lead form. Meta also collects its own data about that interaction under its own privacy policy, which I do not control.

I do not use your information for automated decision-making, and I do not build profiles about you beyond what is needed to answer your enquiry.
I do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to other agencies, not to anyone. I do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
I do not send you things you did not ask for. If you submit a form, you will hear from me about that request. If you would rather not hear from me at all, say so and that is the end of it.

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic and ad performance, including tools provided by Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site behave.
I keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful for the conversation it started, and for as long as I am required to for legal, tax or accounting reasons. If you ask me to delete your information, I will, unless I am required to keep it.
Your information is held in password-protected accounts with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security, but I do not keep more than I need and I do not keep it anywhere careless.

This site and these services are for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
